@KlookTravel I will explain again as I have done and been completely ignored. I booked originally under bedda08e which I was told was unsuccessful as I didn't get my voucher straight away. I then rebooked under f7200b41 and received my voucher but I've now been charged for both!

@KlookTravel you have got to be the worst support company I've ever dealt with. I've still not had a confirmation of a refund after 48 HOURS of originally contacting you!!

@KlookTravel still no response after 24 hours of emailing your support inbox. Requiring a refund for a duplicate charge caused by your chat agent!
