Just so we are clear on something... Leader Thune appears to be a Democrat. He has: a) Refused to pass the SAVE Act b) Refused to fund ICE / Border Patrol c) Blocks Trump's recess appointments d) NOW TAKES A 10-DAY VACATION?!!!!! He is either a Democrat, corrupt, or both.

@the72percent It’s hilarious the party that yells” no kings “ is the party that hides information and will shut down any investigation that could help the people.

🚨 WOW, RINO BETRAYAL: John Thune Just SHUT DOWN The Senate & Sent Everyone Home Until Early June With ZERO Warning! - No Save America Act. - No Voter ID & proof of citizenship. - No ICE/Border funding. - No recess appointments. Just another 10-day vacation for the swamp while the invasion continues and elections remain wide open for fraud. This is exactly why Americans are furious with Senate Republicans. Thune had one job, deliver for President Trump and the American people, and he folded like a cheap suit. MAGA will NOT forget this. Pass the damn SAVE America Act and secure the border NOW. No more excuses! He is tagged, let him hear you!

I knew most of these dishes were New England Chinese food specialties but boneless spare ribs being primarily a northeast thing is shocking to me, it’s like when I found out the rest of the country doesn’t eat steak tips
Christine Rousselle@crousselle

Ever since I moved to the DC area I thought we just had terrible Chinese takeout but it turns out I actually just miss a hyper-niche style of food that only exists in New England??? salon.com/2026/05/03/the…

My wife just got laid off by Meta. We knew the writing was on the wall. But I want to give a little background. Meta a couple months back had a company-wide AI week. During this week Meta halted all day-to-day work and required all employees to familiarize themselves with AI. At the end of the week, each employee was required to have the early stages of an AI tool to be used internally by Meta.

The craziest thing about New Hampshire is that we cannot build New Hampshire today in most of New Hampshire. The villages we love, the downtowns we celebrate, and the mill towns, farm towns, and seacoast towns that shaped this state - almost none of them could be built today under our current zoning, permitting, and regulatory codes. Too dense. Too mixed-use. Too close to wetlands. Too close to the road. Not enough parking. Wrong setbacks. Wrong lot sizes. Wrong everything. We turned the state we love into something illegal to replicate. Now we wonder why young families cannot afford to live here.

@TheKuhnerReport Failing to stand up for the people on the audit issue should be enough in itself to vote her out.

In any sane world, Gov. Healey should lose in Nov. Massachusetts now ranks 2nd-worst in the nation for business formation. We have some of the highest taxes in America. Our electricity rates are 3rd-highest in the country, nearly DOUBLE the national average. She's AWFUL! #mapoli

So let me get this straight…employees sign timecards “under penalty of perjury,” supervisors certify them, taxpayers fund it all… and apparently nobody noticed people leaving 3–5 HOURS early or claiming they are working 18-hour days until the MEDIA started watching? The Massachusetts government only seems to find problems after reporters or lawsuits expose them. Imagine what a real audit might uncover. 👀 #wheresouraudit #mapoli @AnneBrensleyMA @massauditor @MikeMinogueABMD @DeatonforSenate 🙌🏼 @TedDanielnews
Ted Daniel@TedDanielnews

These are the questions I sent MassDOT one week ago. I requested an interview with the Secretary of Transportation in hopes of asking these in person but the request was denied.  1. What "checks and balances" exist to ensure that timecards, signed under the penalty of perjury, match the physical presence of employees at their job sites?   2. Why did it require external surveillance by a news organization to identify consistent 3-to-5-hour gaps between payroll filings and actual staff departures?   3. Has anyone at MassDOT ever questioned the physical well-being and/or safety of employees who operate heavy equipment “working” a full overnight shift, a full overtime day shift, and 2 more additional OT hours before their next full overnight shift begins? That would be 18 hours of work in a 24-hour period.   4.What is the protocol for supervisors who certify these timecards?   5. How will MassDOT address this issue?   MassDOT’s response: “MassDOT takes any allegation of improperly reporting time worked extremely seriously. Not only do we expect all employees to accurately report time worked and supervisors to properly review and certify time records — it’s the law. We have launched an investigation into this matter and placed these employees on administrative leave. If anyone is found to have been intentionally misreporting their time or misusing taxpayer dollars, they will be held accountable.”
