Stars don't govern human events. If Jesus taught anything clearly, it was this. Picture the scene: a bright new star appears. Andrew asks if it signals a great man's birth, as everyone believed. Jesus uses the moment to dismantle the entire framework. The teaching might sound like this in plain language: The stars have nothing to do with human life on earth. Studying what's actually there is legitimate. Assigning meaning to positions is superstition with no place in spiritual truth. Divination doesn't reveal divine will. Casting lots, reading omens, interpreting celestial patterns are material chance, not spiritual guidance. Real communion is internal. The spirit within each person, the presence available to all believers. That's the actual connection. Not external signs. Not planetary alignments. When we attribute power to star charts and cosmic timing, we externalize spiritual authority. We say the universe out there controls what happens in here. That contradicts His core teaching: The kingdom is within. Divine guidance is internal. You have direct access. Astrology was evolutionary scaffolding. It helped early humans track seasons, organize agriculture. A stepping stone. But scaffolding gets removed when the building is complete. If you believe the Holy Spirit indwells believers and guides them into truth, why would Jupiter's position override that? You're either guided by the spirit or governed by the stars. Both can't be true simultaneously. Stay vigilant. Prepare for turbulence. Curtain call coming. Base it on observable patterns, historical precedents, current power movements, spiritual discernment through prayer. Not Mars conjunct Pluto during lunar returns. Astrology persists because it offers control in chaos. The stars predicted this, so I understand it. False comfort. Pattern matching in randomness. Spiritual maturity means living with uncertainty while trusting internal guidance. Look up. Study the stars. They're magnificent. Stop asking them to tell you what's coming. The spirit within is the better guide.
