A few days ago my father passed away.
It's difficult for me to even find the words for the emptiness it leaves me with, he was my last family member in the state and I was there with him until the end.
I will endure, but I don't think I'll ever be the same

💜Life update. Work last weekend was a nightmare. Someone fell downstairs and cracked skull and bled everywhere. Work wouldn’t give me this weekend off. I go to work today only to have them tell me I’m on vacation and send me home. Kidney stones/vertigo saying hello last 2 days.

💜Life update. It’s been a heck of a week. Dad is in Rehab for a while from the fractured femur. Been staying with Mom at least every other night. Sister stays the other nights. My back went out then got better but went out again. It’s getting better again but yeah rough 10 days.

(4/?) Around the time I was at home maybe (10 mins) my back started seizing up. I made it through work however it got worse and worse and now I can barely walk yesterday and today. Timing could not have been worse for my back to do this. So frustrating. 😤

(1/?) Life update: Dad took a fall last night and had to take an unsatisfactory ride in an ambulance that refused to put Vodka Tonics in his IV. Still, he made it to the hospital and we were told he has a hairline fracture in his upper femur causing him much pain to his ⬇️⬇️⬇️
