Anwarul, you’re now mixing up two completely different things, and I think deliberately so. 1. MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) Group. This was an early working group that dissolved many months before 18 September. 2. MOU Operations Ltd This is the separate, privately incorporated company that at the time had just three directors: Feinstein, Driscoll and Winter (now Zarah Sultana taken over as sole director) - created for one narrow purpose: to temporarily hold funds until Your Party became a legal entity. The EC approved Your Party as a legal entity on 30 September. These two things are not the same, and you know that. Conflating an old, dissolved working group with a private company is deliberately misleading. On 18 September, the issue wasn’t who had once been in a room together. It was that: • a visually cloned copy of the YP website appeared • on a privately registered domain made to look official • supporters were misled into thinking it was the real site • and their personal details were routed through MOU Operations Ltd - a company authorised only to hold money temporarily, not to act as the party’s Data Controller. All of this happened while the EC was examining YP’s governance, data handling and technical set-up. That is why it was a risk. By contrast, when the official Your Party membership launched on 24 September, of course the legitimate team used the MOU Ops bank details - because that company had been set up precisely to hold funds safely until the EC finished the registration process. That was lawful, transparent and within the EC’s expectations. The problem was not the bank account. The problem was the unauthorised cloned website, private domain and improper data routing used on 18 September. You’re not responding in good faith here. You are repeatedly conflating timelines and structures to create confusion, instead of addressing what actually happened on that date. Hence my long post factual, not partisan, response.

Tanushka Marah talking about her reasons for running as an independent candidate in the general election last year. We're building a fighting, ecosocialist Green Party that stands up against the far right, against austerity, against genocide, and for the people.

Full council - @LeedsGreenParty Punching 👊! We heard from the children's lord mayor, who ran on a manifesto to end bullying and build social cohesion. To use her analogy, a crayon box of one colour would be boring, a crayon box of all colours, creeds, cultures is a wonderful idea. White ribbon day 25th November Digital violence against women and girls - revenge porn, bullying, harassment, hate speech, we've seen that very thing targeting our leadership team Promise- never commit, excuse or remain silent about male violence against women @penny_stables brought an amendment to the tory white paper, introducing wealth tax seconded by Cllr Ali @edleeds spoke on the impact on HMO's and how they can cause strain on communities and provide sub-standard housing Lou cunningham spoke on the need for more transparency and community involvement in local development

YouGov / Sky / Times voting intention RefUK 27%(+1), CON 17%(nc), LAB 17%(-3), GRN 16%(+1) LDEM 15%(nc), According to YouGov, the 17% for Labour is, they believe believe, the lowest we have shown them on and the Green score is their highest. Needless to say, it's an unusual result with four parties within 2 points of each other.

Green Party membership will be 100,000 before we know it. Can they get more members than the Tories? If they keep up their present momentum, why not?
