@stump_carlin 100% agree. Then why would tafes be open for 16-40yrs to attend on-site trade learning, considering these students could be travelling from all over state.

@Sarge41 I’d imagine it’s due to the alarming rate of infection in kids aged u19 and the trouble with kids understanding the complexities of a global pandemic and the preventative measures we can put in place to slow the virus down.

@stump_carlin @harney_steve @seanyhardeman @WboolStandard We agree on this one but the biggest issue will be after game and Thursday nights. Far as I aware there is going to be some issues with crowds inside. Wait and see. He is making it very hard for clubs and volunteers. Hard to police numbers

@stump_carlin @mcconzy @steveoconnor167 The argument is if he could run a hotel quarantine program and contact tracing program we wouldn’t have to go into lockdown.you could argue other states have been in lockdown recently aswell that is true but it wasn’t the whole state.

@stump_carlin Not against appropriate lockdowns or Retrictions. When Melbourne was at its worst rural areas never had to go to stage 4, this lockdown for rural areas is overkill. This is going to happen again. Do we lockdown the whole state every time?
