I analyzed 847 paid ads last month to find what was actually working. One format kept winning. Over and over. I call it the 3-second reaction clip. 73% completion rate vs 21% industry average. Cost per view dropped from $0.89 to $0.14. Here's how the system works: → Generate dozens of AI reaction clips with Calico AI + VEO 3.1 or Kling Motion Control → Each one costs a few bucks — I made a full batch for $30 → Cut from the reaction to your actual product → Test all variations in Meta and scale the winners The psychology is dead simple — people don't trust ads, but they trust reactions. When someone's eyes go wide, your brain mirrors it and curiosity takes over before you can skip. One $47 ad outperformed $8K/month agency creatives by 340%. Comment "REACTION" and I'll send you all the prompts + full system (must be following so I can dm you).

Colorado Democrats are trying to legalize prostitution in your neighborhoods, and won't allow your cities to ban it either. Absolutely insane.

SOLVED SPRITES FINALLY - 90% automated pipeline with Cursor skills+i2v! Eliza vs Eliza! Day 34 of vibe coding my game+engine using @cursor_ai Today was the biggest breakthrough I made since starting this project. I fully solved what was bugging me for ages, and that's creating high quality cel shaded sprites that evoke that 2D fighting game charm but still give you lots of different options. In short, what this does is let me automate the entire conversion from mp4 to fully ingestible engine-ready sprites with perfectly done alpha, no pixel bleeding, no bad edges nothing. How it works would take me a rather huge medium article to write (and I don't have medium) but in short: create pose - i2v - interpolate black/white - extract alpha - align by anchor - test/ship The result can finally be replicated. I'm super hyped because now it's realistic for me to create 1000 sprite characters since it can be done while I'm out or not at my PC. I honestly think this is so far the best solution I've seen on the market and if I figure out how to get it run in prod and share it with everyone, I will. Such a great day!

It's astonishing how wide the battery curve has gotten in California. Last Tuesday, batteries consistently supplied more than 20% of demand for 4 hours from 6pm to 10pm. Price signals are working well.

1 gigawatt space data centers = 1,000,000 kilowatts space data centers. For perspective, the largest solar arrays deployed in space are on the ISS, generating ~240 kilowatts at peak sunlight. So yeah, hard. Other downsides include: Large radiators needed, radiation exposure, launch costs, things break in space But there are two big benefits to data centers in space: - Free power: In some orbits, satellites can receive near-uninterrupted sunlight. Also, in orbit solar arrays are exposed to higher intensity sunlight due to the lack of atmosphere and weather. Much, much more efficient. And data centers need a ridiculous amount of energy. - Nimby: Communities are already v pissed about data centers coming in and driving up electricity prices + environmental concerns. This will become a VERY contentious issue in the next 10 years. Putting them in space bypasses this issue. If anyone knows about the future of data centers, it's Jeff. Launch costs will fall and design constraints will change dramatically over the next decade. But still, the economics and regulatory burden need to make way more sense than just plopping a data center on Earth, where things are a whole lot easier.

One of the biggest issues in education… The people that make decisions for what is best for students are NOT teachers. Nor are teachers even asked. And neither are students/parents.

At least Bush made a months-long effort at coercive diplomacy before invading Iraq. Netanyahu struck Iran while negotiations were ongoing, to keep them from working.

I DARE you and the entire #Ethereum foundation to say that you didn't offer $5M for us to spin out. Or that EF didn't ask at least 3 times if we wanted to make a company instead and go off, just me and Felix and @mhswende pushed back. I dare @hwwonx to deny our Feb talk.

Just saw a BCBA post on LinkedIn about accepting a “Chief Clinical Officer” role while only being a BCBA for 3.5 years. I’m not saying experience is only gained in time worked, but at what point are we not going to start calling out some of the things we are seeing?
