Tom Mulcair on Pierre Poilievre's Joe Rogan appearance: "I thought it was an outstanding piece of political communication, and it was bookended by ... frankly one of the best political speeches I've heard any Canadian political leader give on Canada-US relations in a long time."

Early colour television sets required regular colour and tint adjustments so every evening following the 6:00 News, CKCK Television presented Colour Check. Gord McInnes would name all the colours on screen so people could adjust their sets for the evening.

@BradWall306 Ray was a champion at quietly advocating for First Nations. He had a great understanding of the direction we need to take on our shared path forward. He will be missed.

@PremierScottMoe Lyle Stewart was my seat mate, my colleague and my friend. He battled cancer with dignity, grace and all the ferocity that he used on a would be carjacker. He will be missed. Sandy and I send our sympathies and prayers to his family and friends. Today is a sad day for all of us.

Another difficult day as we have lost another friend and colleague. Lyle Stewart, long-time Saskatchewan Party MLA and former Agriculture Minister has passed away at the age of 73 following a lengthy battle with cancer. Lyle was the MLA for Thunder Creek and Lumsden-Morse and a key member of our team for nearly 24 years, from 1999 until his retirement from politics last year. Lyle was a man of few words, which is unusual for a politician, but you always knew where he stood. His quiet strength and dedication to the people he served were an example to all of us who served with him. Lyle was a good friend and I will miss him a lot. On behalf of the our government and the province, I want to express my deepest condolences to the family and many friends of Lyle Stewart. Flags at the Legislature will be lowered to half-mast in his honour.

My wife was admitted to the hospital today with dangerously low white blood cell, red blood cell and platelet levels. She is currently getting red blood cell infusions which will be followed with wbc & platelet infusions. 🙏

SK has one of the fastest-growing economies in the nation. This record growth is a reflection of a policy environment that has fostered and incentivized record investment and record exports. This translates to record job growth and opportunities for SK residents.

Last year these organizations ensured that over 1,000 adults & 1,100 children had access to safe accommodation and resources to rebuild their lives. Over 900 people across the province also received counselling, advocacy services, and support for housing, employment and education
