One of the biggest frauds of BFDI Floated through Pre-Split because of writers biased and was only saved because of VTS. She then went through “character development” where she gained a fanbase after LOSING character, then THAT was reverted in TPOT 18??? I hate her so much

Only way I’d go back and interact with recent bfdi stuff is if the 7th season kind of detached from almost everything bfb-tpot and severed as a soft reboot with a mix of the more lighthearted writing of earlier seasons and actual new material as well (oh and like no tpot writers)

@audreydiesalone @bluebleueraser the thing is that the more negative fans absolutely love the show but are disappointed with the changes and how it'll never go back to what it was. you can still engage with older stuff and fan works based on that, but at the expense of being reminded how it's pretty much over

Bfb makes me sad because I was rewatching pre-split and there’s moments that are really good and funny and feel like bfdi but one scene later it shits the bed by having a super serious “arc” moment or just changing a characters personality mid-season
