@Lenovo_in I had notified everything to the customer support long time back. But i am yet to get any response from the team. Please do the needful and help me out. This is my first experience of buying a Lenovo product and I wish that I would get a good response and support. (4)

@Lenovo_in They had asked to send pictures of the adapter and I did send it; they also asked me to try using a different adapter to see if the device is charging and it was charging with a different charger which belonged to a friend of mine. (3)

@Lenovo_in I need to reach out to customer care and tell them to cover the adapter under ADP. So I called them again and told them about the issue. They logged a case on the 16th of March, 2022 and have yet to give me any solution. (3)
