Claude never says yes to any feature you ask for. I discuss it with Claude rather than Claude code (though have added an agent now to think and weigh the feature use/purpose) and it mostly says no to many in the first go. Gemini is one hell of a cheerleader and is bad in that sense

AI writes the code now. So what are you actually spending your time on? For me it's the 3 things AI still can't do: talking to users, saying no to features, and deciding what NOT to build. what's yours?

The product gap is closing. anyone can ship a decent app in a weekend now. the distribution gap is widening. getting 10 real users is harder than building the whole thing. we're all optimizing the easy half.
