Stefon Diggs faces new lawsuit for defamation, civil conspiracy, and more—just days before his New England Patriots take on Super Bowl LX. According to docs obtained by TMZ, a former employee claims Diggs hired him in July 2024 to transport his Ferrari from Miami to New York, then Houston—where it was stolen in a "sophisticated theft" by third parties, per law enforcement. No arrests or charges against the guy. But Diggs allegedly started telling people in their circles that the ex-employee stole the car, tanking his concierge and consulting business. Things escalated: Diggs' crew confronted him at restaurants in Houston and Miami, even showed up at his home demanding he return gifts from Diggs. In Jan 2025, Diggs texted him: "responsible and accountable for all actions of those around me." Then, in Dec 2025, the plaintiff says he was assaulted at Tootsie's Cabaret in Miami by two guys from Diggs' circle—suffering a torn ACL and other injuries. Diggs' brother, NFL star Trevon Diggs, allegedly watched it go down and did nothing. The suit names Stefon, Trevon, and others as defendants, seeking damages for the defamation, conspiracy, and vicarious liability. 🔗: tmz.com/2026/02/06/ste…

An arrest warrant has been issued for Gervonta "Tank" Davis in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident from October. The warrant has been issued on charges including false imprisonment, battery and attempted kidnapping. MGPD executive officer Emmanuel Jeanty stated that they are working with the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force to find Davis. The incident took place on Oct. 27 at a gentlemen's club in Miami Gardens, where the woman worked. A lawsuit was filed days after the incident by his ex-girlfriend, Courtney Rossel. In the lawsuit, acquired by ESPN, Davis was alleged to have entered the gentlemen's club where Rossel worked as a VIP cocktail server and attacked her in a back room of the club that did not have cameras. Davis allegedly grabbed the woman by the back of her head, pulling her with one hand and holding her throat with another as he forcefully dragged her through a stairwell, kitchen and the back exit before physically assaulting her in the parking garage. She was eventually released to her co-workers by Davis and suffered bruises on her left arm. Police said that they reviewed surveillance footage from the club and that it corroborates the woman's story. 📰: @ESPN 🔗: espn.com/boxing/story/_…
