Reality Check. image.nostr.build/1c276f42a7ebfe… The average person spends 2.5+ hours daily on social media Less than 20% of people create content or output consistently Most digital time is consumption, not creation Reflection: Are you building or just watching others build?

Bitcoin Chama
Bitcoin Chama@Bitcoinchama·
Big news from Bitcoin Chama We said we will only grow bigger. We meant it. After carefully considering all the things on the table, we have decided to put a member of Bitcoin Chama forward to vie for the Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat, Kiamokama ward in Kisii county. An MCA will pass county laws (bills), approve budgets, and monitor the implementation of development projects carried out by the county government. Kiamokama ward MCA will be in charge of over 25000 families throughout the ward. We are not doing it for power but for protection. For scale. For change. For Bitcoin. We came to this decision for three main reasons 1. To build without looking over our shoulders - We want to continue building on Bitcoin and doing our projects comfortably without having to worry about local politicians again. 2. We want to replicate the Bitcoin Chama project to neighboring communities. Our mission is still empowering Communities through Bitcoin by creating a self reliant Bitcoin Circular Economy. Having our own person up there will make the project scale even bigger, to more people. We have a perfectly working community already. 3. We have a very high chance of winning. We have been approached by many people here at home asking us to vie for that seat. We did not seek the seat. The seat sought us. Our reputation has spread far, almost the whole county has heard of Bitcoin Chama and everyone who has heard of it wants to be a part of it because it adds value to their lives. Bitcoin has been a game changer for Fossil Fuels for Africa and Bitcoin Chama. Together we have delivered so far in our community: 1• Connected 80+ families to the electric grid 2. Paid school fees for 50+ high school students 3. Supplied free cooking gas to 200+ families 4. Built a home for orphans 5. Built new houses for local families 6. Repaired roads by installing culvert. (we will be posting the proof of work the following coming days), and much much more. And from the projects with over 60 active members, we have: 1. Taught 230+ people in our local community about the greatest Digital money, Bitcoin! 2. Constructed 25 beehives thanks to Bitcoin 3. A Bitcoin chicken coop project for youths, 4. A Bitcoin farm project. We have leased land for 25 women in our community for Planting vegetables (2 pieces of land) 5. An active Bitcoin goat project 6. A Bitcoin cultural band. Reviving our omogusii culture. This is not done anywhere in Kisii except our community 7. The project we have built has a team of 8 employed members earning salaries in Bitcoin 8. The 60+ Members in our project earning/benefitting directly from our projects. All our products are sold in Bitcoin. All our savings are made in Bitcoin, as a Chama- family. As Clans. Together. Securing the seat will help scale the project to over 25,000 families or 100 thousand people within the ward. Do you like the sound of that? Our target is Bitcoin Adoption, just like El Salvador- our own Nayib Bukele. A whole ward farming, earning, saving and spending in bitcoin. The founding fathers to the next generation of sound money. We work for Bitcoin and in Bitcoin. Elections will be on the 10th of August 2027. We will be back here on the 12th to celebrate with the whole Bitcoin community for the birth of something bigger - The second largest circular economy in the world! Mark your calendars and let's win this seat! Of course, campaigns need funding. And ideas. Please join us to bring change to farmers in Kisii Kenya, through Bitcoin! geyser.fund/project/bitcoi…

Bitcoin Chama@Bitcoinchama

Good morning From Bitcoin Chama? Last week, we held this year's first official Members meeting to discuss new goals and see the best ways to move forward with our projects to self sustainability, abundance and the best way to replicate our projects in the neighboring communities. We have been getting a lot of requests from different people wanting to join Bitcoin Chama but we could not join them in the middle. Our best approach is replicating our projects across different communities. Hyperbitconization is not a dream, it is slowly scorching in rural Kisii Kenya! 🔥 One of the reasons we held the meeting this late, We have been having problems with the local politicians for a while now. We @Bitcoinchama, are doing more than what the elected leaders are supposed to do which made them a lot jelous. This is a compliment to us and the whole Bitcoin community! We are not saying this to boast, We have truly outdone ourselves guys, We have out-delivered elected leaders who had 20+ years, budgets, and power! And this is only the beginning. Big up all Bitcoiners who have been in with our community Throught this journey! During our meeting, we discussed: 1. How many sats each project should aim for in one year. 2. How to allocate sats across scaling projects. 3. How to move toward communal abundance. 4. How to replicate our model into neighboring communities. 5. How to deal with the political situation going forward. We didn't find easy answers. But we found a way forward. Very exciting news is cooking. For our community. For the whole Bitcoin space. Stay tuned🔥

We are all born creative. The fiat/education system trains it out of us and by the time we are fully "educated" we've lost touch with our creative spirit. But it's there... dormant, waiting to be engaged. Full episode on the We Are Satoshi podcast, out now. @raliruseva94

We aren’t waiting for permission to build a new economy in Machakos. We’re out here every day—painting rocks, handing out flyers, and starting conversations. This is how a circular economy begins: one person, one conversation, and one sat at a time. In Bitcoin We Trust. 🧡💪🇰🇪🌍
