@JWWeatherman_ @coldcard Coldcard still blocks me, but for those who can see, lets not forget that there is a /huge/ supply chain attack risk, an SD card is NOT an airgap, HWWs can leak privkeys through valid sigs (nonce covert channel attack), SE's do not have a good track record (look at Ledger)

Hardware wallets like @coldcard should be as regulated as #bitcoin exchanges. Self custody In Name Only (SINO)

The biggest difference between the two is the *interface* which they interact with the wallet software on the host machine. A SD card must be mounted by the OS in order for the wallet to read it. You can't "see" if there's a rootkit on it before you plug it in the first time.

QR codes vs SD cards for airgapped signing. SD cards rely on being physically plugged in to a computer and MUST be accessed by the OS in order to function. It's very easy to hide malware on SD cards without the user even knowing.

@Crypto_Ed_NL As soon as I heard the news. I removed everything from FTX. You should recommend your friends and family to invest in a ledger. Exodus wallet is a good app. You own your keys and crypto. Can stake a lot coins there too.

What's the current status of FTX withdrawals? Luckily, I managed to withdraw my funds (Monday morning 5am) but I have several people/friends/relatives/members in trouble and asking me. Wishing all the best to all whom are effected by the most recent developments ☹️

A single (pointless) token mint has burned ~6% of all net ETH issued post-merge in the past few hours. Showcasing that any sustained activity coming back would immediately lead to ETH supply quickly becoming deflationary.
