Hey @TruistBank@TruistNews - you charging me for force-placed insurance despite me providing proof of my own policy. Federal law (RESPA) requires you to refund me for overlapping coverage. I hope this gets corrected ASAP. #ConsumerRights

@AMCHelps - your app is not intutive for people like me. I was browsing through for movies and the app doesnt ask me to confirm the purchase and just places it. Shouldnt it ask for a Purchase after selecting the payment method. I tried again and it placed anohter order. (1/2)
