@AGoldmund I gotta hear about some video repo outings, didn’t realize that was a thing.

When I worked in a video store we actually did a thing we called “video repo” where if someone took a movie and didn’t bring it back or ghosted the store we would go TO THEIR HOUSE TO GET IT BACK because the tapes were so pricy

I’m interested to see how this compares to my experience of working in a video store in 1999. Generally it felt a lot like the clip in the thing except we were the only store in town that rented porn so we occasionally got some real weirdos

A Lowes in NY selling moldy lumber. Shouldn't there be some sort of fine or something for selling moldy wood? The mold will just spread and make people sick. This guy asks the manager, "if they would like it if grocery stores sold moldy food?" Managers refuse to bring down lumber that isn't moldy until the moldy lumber is sold.

I found a domain controller that was moonlighting as a print server this week. Not naming names, but the owner of that one is getting a stern love letter every week until the print server role is moved to a different server and the service is disabled! 🔥🖨️🖤
