Today, May 5, is the deadline for @YouTube to respond to my DSA complaint filed through Platform Control under the EU Digital Services Act. My channel SignalsToWorld was terminated for “impersonation” over a AI face used by 10+ other live channels. YouTube’s own Impersonation Policy requires intent to copy a real person or existing channel. No real person was impersonated. No channel was copied. My name, logo, branding, and 88 videos were 100% original. Two formal appeals — one denied, one auto-rejected without human review. No human has ever reviewed my evidence. The DSA exists for exactly this reason — when a platform refuses to give a fair review, an independent legal body steps in. Nothing was copied from any channel. Name ONE channel I impersonated. YOUR POLICY says Personal Impersonation = “content intended to look like someone else is posting it.” MY AVATAR is an AI face from a public tool. It is not a real person. There is no “someone else.” Name ONE person I impersonated. YOUR POLICY gives these examples of violations: — Copying a channel name with a space or zero inserted — Using someone else’s real name, image, or brand — Pretending a real person is posting — Impersonating an existing news channel NONE of these apply to my channel. Not one. MEANWHILE — 10+ channels are using this exact same avatar right now. All live. All active. None terminated. AI face used by 10+ unrelated channels is not anyone’s identity. It belongs to no one. You cannot impersonate a person who does not exist. 88 original videos. 13,700 subscribers. Multiple 100K+ view videos. Full GREEN monetization. Zero strikes. All gone — with no human review. My DSA complaint has been accepted by Platform Control under the EU Digital Services Act. YouTube has until May 5, 2026 to respond. Hello @TeamYouTube My channel was erroneously terminated by YouTube months ago and reinstated on March 27, 2026. But when the channel was terminated, my $3116 of finalized earnings were reversed from my AdSense account and even though my channel is back now I still didn't get my earnings. Even I can still see the 4k+ dollars in my YT Studio's analytics. So, as I said, the termination was an error by the system and confirmed that it's not in violation of any YouTube policy, and one payment cycle has already passed, so I'm worried about when it'll be released in my AdSense.

During the termination period, $3,116.22 of my AdSense earnings were reversed.
