Let this sink in—2 people from UPENN won the #NobelPrize, but while the male researcher was elevated to a full Professor, the female researcher is Adjunct professor & told she was “not of faculty quality”. @Penn & @PennMedicine has never apologized publicly to @kkariko. Sexist?

# of employees in system has NOTHING to do with # of ICU trained staff or available hospital beds. It is reductive thinking, and irresponsible of Reeves to not understand. We had -31 beds at UMMC this week. That means that we are FULL+. You have a heart attack? No tertiary bed.

@HMhnuey @PatrickKenney7 @JazmynShaw1 @PrometricGlobal The person in question was likely not a medical student, as no one from our program knew who it was and they finished their exam too early in the day for it be a USMLE test. So not sure that applies. Regardless, not a reason to put others in danger or limbo

@PatrickKenney7 @JazmynShaw1 @PrometricGlobal Probably because Step 2 CK scheduling has been a nightmare and giving up your spot d/t a pending COVID-Ab test means potentially not getting a new date before ERAS opens to residency programs. It's a total disaster.

@long_cutie Unfortunately, we have to be at the testing center by 7:15am. If we get a cancellation email earlier than that, that seems to be how we will know. Still no one answering phones or any communication to this point.

@Savanna15881859 Something similar happened to me! They open at 8 am tomorrow give em a call!! If you get an email at like 1:30 am like I did that your exam is cancelled..don’t even bother calling. Go on the website, cancel your exam and reschedule!! Prometric is absolute TRASH, I am so sorry

This local @PrometricGlobal site is now ghosting examinees. Students for today were sent a cancellation email 1 hr! before they were supposed to present for exam. Those of us with exams scheduled for tomorrow cannot reach anyone by phone and have received no contact. UNACCEPTABLE

@TheUSMLE needs to address this site and all @PrometricGlobal policies. It is horrific that this was allowed to happen. No temperature checks at the door, and a screening that someone lied through. Dozens of people COVID exposed, and licensure exams cancelled or in limbo.
