Justice for 20-year-old Cody Harper! He’s scheduled to appear at the Birmingham Magistrates’ Court on July 23rd on the false charges of assaulting a police officer. He risks around 6-12 months in prison if wrongfully convicted.

The cover up is worse than the crime now. This video proves the police were told the victim was assaulted, and the female officer was told by a third party that she attacked him so quickly he thought she was an assailant. She nods her head while being told he was assaulted first. The entire department should be sacked. They intentionally lied about the situation to cover their incompetence.

Definitely don’t share this video of them forcing the man into the car backwards and then becoming aggressive when he (obviously) doesn’t fit.

This attitude is what helped to cover up the rape.
