(And Excel is crap. Went to both, as an East London family, and Excel is a dead, corporate air-craft hanger in the middle of nowhere wind-blown Beckton.)

Redevelopment takes homes away and the cost to residents of losing homes is the cost of clearing the estate, CPOs etc, all dead costs...

Capco have had to sell Olympia and the Earls Court Masterplan's future is in doubt. Alternative community led plans for Empress Place & Earls Court continue to gather broad support.
