Lifetime Trading Stats as of July 2026 Net Profit: - $27,000 Total Payouts: $26,000 Total Expenses: $53,000 Start date Nov 2023 Okay... so What can I take away form this? 1) Trading is costing me about 10k a year. Which seems absurd but at the same time very reasonable for tuition. 2) 90% of challenges never make it to a funded due to impatience and greed. 3) Looking back on spending habits they seem so short sighted and emotional. (Multiple accounts in a single day) Here is what will be different in 2027: 1) Less spent on challenges and more on instant funded. I have more respect for the investment I've made and don't have the feeling of impatience I do in a challenge. 2) Fewer trades. Target 15-30 points a day in 1-2 trades. 3) Always set my risk limits!! Losing day should never be larger then an avg winning day. I finally feel like I have a defined edge but I'm still limited by my bad decision. I will stop doing the things that are holding me back and do more of the things that make me money!

So my wife and I suddenly got banned because we're both trading the same strategy at home? She's a professional trader. I'm a professional trader. We live under the same roof (obviously). Please tag anyone who can help solve this. @MichaelPatak

Every trader understands this at some point: Knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it under pressure. You can know your plan, rules, and improvement points, and then, when the market opens, what that looked obvious takes on a different form. To that gap between insight and execution, I call the performance gap. And this Saturday, we’ll see what helped these 3 consistent profitable traders minimize it over time.

Hey Gabe, great to hear form you! I think you’re right, a lot of it has to do with overstimulation. I think i would benefit from a Digital detox. I also feel like I've shifted from outcome to process oriented. So a profitable day becomes just aother day I followed the plan. Kinda boring I guess

Feeling weird lately... The good days don't really hit anymore. No excitement, just nothing . I think I'm at a point where I need to make commitments outside of trading

@AmasPFT Wouldn't it be more accurate to say: at 9:40am if the low has formed first there is a 75% chance the 15 ORB will be broken to the long side?

The Simplest 1:1 RR Strategy Mark the range formed between 9:30AM – 9:45AM EST (Opening range / ORB) • If the ORB Low forms first → target the ORB high • If the ORB high forms first → skip What is ORB? ORB = opening range breakout (the first 15 min candle of New York Open) 1 year NQ Stats via @edgeful • ORB low forms first + agressive buying → 75% probability of sweeping the high

What a way to start the week! Fading the 15min range has been consistent lately. Would have held a runner for the gap close but only had one contract. Not to mention, I'm trying to keep my greed under control and $1200 is more then enough for me.

Short version: it lets you put an AI agent to work on your NinjaTrader account. You can ask Claude (or any MCP-capable agent) to pull live market data, review how you've been trading, size a position to your risk, set alerts, and place orders — all in plain English. Same platform you already know, just operable by an agent instead of only clicks, with permissions and risk limits you set per agent.
