@PassportCan @owleyestoo My daughter is in the same boat. Applied on April 21st in person at service canada. Was told she'd get on May 19. She will be traveling July 12th. Was told by an agent that her file will be transferred and to wait for a call. Still no call so far. Should we just line up?

@PassportCan transferred and request being made. What these agents are doing? Why are they playing with us giving us wrong information. My travel date is 8th July and on yesterday call that lady told me that I will get my passport by 6th July . Just wait for call from Mississauga office.

@PassportCan It has been 11 weeks since we applied in person at a service canada office and still no passport. Our departure is July 15th. Can we line up at a specialized passport office to have it expedite?

@PassportCan @SilverF10203770 It's impossible to get through the 18005676868 line. I called at exactly 8h30 many times and the lines are always busy and got hung up on. If we line up with proof of departure within 3 to 45 days at a specialized office, can our applications be expedited?

Just wondering if we should go to the passport office in North York and reapply. Your insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

@ceciliaaraneda @sultana_shafaq @PassportCan Thats not a fact that they are doing march applications.. i applied in april and i got my passports 2 weeks ago. Flying out july 10th

@b4wwr8b2kb @PassportCan We did it on Thurs. North York. Arrived 5am. Waited for 10 hrs to get it done. There're diff lines. Ask security guards. Remember to bring a new app just in case. We applied in May. Credit card charged. But he told us the file wasn't even opened, so he just did a new app for us

@PassportCan Applied for my and my daughters passports mid April, in person at a Service Canada building so I know there were no mistakes… No update, can’t ever get through…. This is actually ridiculous and a complete joke. Your website states UP TO 9 weeks plus mailing time.
