We applied in May. Credit card charged. But he told us the file wasn't even opened, so he just did a new app for us

@PassportCan Applied in April , now my passport is being expedited but no one has called me to say it’s ready as promised. Flying July 6th . If I go into the North York location, does anyone know what time I have to line up? Is there a different line up for applications under review?

@ceciliaaraneda @PassportCan You are right, Cecilia. That's what we did. Waited 10 hrs at the passport office yesterday, spent another 5 hrs lining up to pick up the passport today. And we got the passport. Crazy frustrating

@PassportCan @itangho Hi - I tried this the other day at the Edmonton passport office, and was told that I have to initiate the transfer via the phone number (which I cannot reach). Has this process changed?

@JoanmarJoanne @PassportCan Same case here. My girl's flight is Jul 3! We ended up going to passport office today. waited 10 hrs . We are getting her passport tomorrow. They told us her file wasn't even opened! But they had charge my credit card! Sigh. Good that we brought a new app just in case

@PassportCan This is ridiculous! Went in person to get my sons passport 8 weeks ago!!! We Tavel July 22nd and still nothing. Please don’t tell me to go to any website or call… done all that and nothing. Nobody answers the phone, nobody answers emails….NOTHING!! What the hell is going on???

@MichieTD @PassportCan Shared the same experience. We submitted ours in May. Ended up going to the passport office within 2 days before flight. decided to bite the bullet. Got there at 5a, lined up for 10 hours. And we got the passport next day. Guess that's the only way. It's just crazy frustrating

Went into the Emergency Dept. at St Joseph’s Hospital in #Toronto for a suspected broken finger. I was asked to wear a mask, which I refused to do. As a result, hospital staff asked me to leave and immediately called 3 security guards to escort me out. #filmyourhospital
