Some studies have suggested that high dose Ropi could be neurotoxic. Typically I don't use more than 0.6%, & lower if diabetic, renal impaired

Perhaps better to define broadly eg "is likely", "likely associated with [non-pain symptoms]" to reflect current lack of mechanistic understanding & consensus.
