This is 15 Sep.... Why was I asked to ship my lighters is they were not aware of the processes ? and now they are asking me to wait without any turn around time. All details regarding the lighters were sent on mail on 28th August 2020.

The irony is @Zippo Consumer Relations Manger is not familiar with the processes he should not have wasted these many days and should have escalated it to those who were familiar with the so called processes. This is not done !

@Zippo there is no reply from you even after a month and receiving my lighters for service after approval from you on mail to Zippo India ?
