Z Lib didn't just have novels, it had important textbooks & research materials that would otherwise be hard to find anywhere else on the internet or cost hefty price for physical copies. People in developing countries esp. relied on it. This is burning of Library of Alexanderia.

Taking down of Z library is bullshit because there already was a way to cease-and-desist the download links for individual books. I mostly used it to download tech books that are hard to find in print anymore. have these mf’s not heard of the Streisand effect?
