@PostOffice So there is nothing that can be done? This is not fair. The branch should open for at least an hour. I wouldn’t of got anything sent there and there’s no reason as to why it’s shut

@PostOffice Next Monday?! I’ve asked for my parcel to try and be taken back to the sorting office - why it was ever moved i don’t know - will they be able to pick it up to do so during the time it’s closed?! That will of been nearly two weeks that I’ve been trying to sort and pick this up
