@CalyxTrichomes @LakeCityCanna If they don't have the resources, they just shouldn't allow data sales period. How difficult would it really be for the AGCO to ask Canna Cabana for a list of all of their individual cash receipt transactions over $1500 and have them explain each one. Not really difficult.

@Scarletfirebuds @LakeCityCanna Having either central data monitored by the province would eliminate the need for those because any money exchanged with an LP would be questioned. But if they don’t have resources to enforce the rules they are making the rules shouldn’t fucking exist.

One solution I’m hearing I like: AGCO or OCS sells data to LPs and give retailers a kickback. That would also eliminate monitoring 1000s of “data” agreements and ensure fair value for any data shared.

@LakeCityCanna @CalyxTrichomes What we have been told is that the AGCO doesn't have the resources to conduct spot audits at random. One would think with the bags of cash they received in licence fees, the resources to audit compliance shouldn't be scarce

@CalyxTrichomes I think it supports a baseline to not call it a data agreement but not the problem. Ultimately the solution is financial audits leading to penalties. Maybe it's random, maybe it's based off of total stores or maybe even growth. Regardless the playing field needs to be leveled.

@WhatsMyPot What do you think is a fair price for 7g hectane? While I have only heard amazing things about it, I was worried it wouldn't sell because of the price. Interested in your thoughts.
