I disagree. Rumor has it that the US delegation got "steamrolled". Though no details were made public, the "agreement" Trump eluded to is subject to Zelensky's review. Zelensky is rejecting everything. Zelensky is behaving as though he's got Russia at a major disadvantage, and he has the leverage.
Trump will probably wait a few days, before escalating things further because, he's got nothing.
