They have it backwards! High BP is a symptom, not a cause of arterial damage. Did you know: •There's no evidence aggressively lowering BP saves lives •BP meds have a lot of side effects—including death Here I share all the hidden data on blood pressure. midwesterndoctor.com/p/unmasking-th…

China's 18-year-old males are now the same height as American 18-year-olds. Let that sentence sit for a moment. In 1985, the average Chinese boy was measurably shorter. Not marginally: substantially. The gap was the kind you could see in a crowd, feel at a doorframe, read in a population chart without squinting. Between 1985 and 2019, Chinese men experienced the largest height increase of any nation studied. Boys aged 7 to 18 grew an average of 7.6 centimetres in three decades. What happened in China between 1985 and 2019? Economic reforms. Rapid urbanisation. And a diet that shifted, quite deliberately and measurably, toward more animal protein. More meat. More dairy. More eggs. The traditional diet was rice-dominant: and rice protein, it turns out, is negatively correlated with height across populations. When Chinese families got wealthier, they bought steak. Their children grew. This isn't a coincidence. It's a controlled experiment that 1.4 billion people ran on themselves over thirty-five years. And their children are now eye-level with Americans.

NEW analysis shows 🚨 Counties using the MOST glyphosate → 71% have higher late-stage cancer rates. And it gets worse… 60% of high pesticide-use counties already have above-average cancer rates overall. These aren’t small numbers. These are patterns. And while this is happening… they’re pushing to give these companies liability protection. So if you get sick? Good luck fighting back. 😒

No one is saying the Hep A,B,C, etc isn't problematic, concerning, etc. Next - how does one contract Hep? 🧐 Think about it for a moment... Next - that also doesn't negate the fact it was only "watched" for a handful of days... No long term studies, no proof of benefit, etc. Next - how is a baby's immune system supposed to function during that time? Realize, doctors/scientists are not gods, yet they are trying to play one.

I question this skepticism. First, I contracted hepatitis in the 1990’s before the vaccines were approved. This is a disease that makes you feel like complete crap for weeks. There was no “light case of hepatitis”. Also you don’t wake up and go “Hey I contracted Hepatitis!” You would think it’s the flu or a bad cold for many days until your urine starts looking like Coca Cola. And you’d turn a very light yellow - that is jaundice. The phrase “death warmed over” was probably coined by people who went through a case of hepatitis. Testing the effectiveness of a hepatitis vaccine would be extraordinarily easy. Like… are you urinating Coca Cola? Liver disease is nothing to take lightly. People today to very lucky to have vaccines for Hep A B and C. I know people who died from C - being treated for that in the 1990’s was a special kind of house of horrors. I get why they recommend it early - because once you have the shot, you don’t have to worry about it. Oh and here’s my political take - none of these medicines were invented in the USSR or Cuba or communist countries. Capitalism is the creative instigator for medical inventions. I lived in Austin for thirty years and knew tons of old pony-tailed hippies who did the homeopathic thing. It’s so weird seeing people on the right following this exact same stuff today. Please …. just be skeptical of the Luddites. Be Mr. Spock. Science makes our lives way richer and easier.

Did you know that not a single childhood vaccine between birth and 6 months has had a placebo control study? I’m learning this now for the first time at @AaronSiriSG’s talk @kencen. This isn’t even the craziest thing I’ve learned. You’d think that these vaccines would go through intense trial periods before CDC would add them to the vaccine schedule. Some of these vaccines given to BABIES, had four or five day safety monitoring periods. My jaw is on the floor. My head is going to explode. I will NEVER take another vaccine in my life.

@ShawnOnTheRight @AaronSiriSG @kencen Im willing to say that most vaccines have probably had a positive impact on society, however the fact that we have no real double blind studies to back them up, and that its impossible to sue big pharma for vaccine related bad outcomes makes me hesitant to touch any new vaccine.

The U.S. government recently approved HB4 wheat, genetically engineered to tolerate glufosinate, a highly hazardous herbicide banned in the EU due to unacceptable risks to reproduction. Glufosinate, considered to be 166 times more toxic than glyphosate, is linked to premature birth, miscarriage, stillbirth, skeletal birth defects and autism-like behaviors in offspring. RFK Jr. told Tucker Carlson the CDC buried its own internal study showing a 1135% INCREASE in autism risk from hepatitis B vaccination. The researchers were shocked. So they covered it up. How? “They got rid of all the older children essentially and just had younger children who are too young to be diagnosed [with autism].” Imagine discovering evidence of catastrophic harm and making sure no one ever found out. Then telling everyone it’s “safe.” Forget what Dr. Fauci or your AI chatbot tells you. Here’s what the real data shows about the risks and benefits of 11 vaccines still in use today. 🧵

The Japanese must be cons then as well: Kubota et al. (2015, Japan Collaborative Cohort Study, ~104k adults born pre-MMR vaccine era). Self-reported history of natural measles (especially + mumps) was associated with ~8–20% lower mortality from atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease later in life (hazard ratios 0.80–0.92). Researchers hypothesized immune modulation ("hygiene hypothesis"—early infections training regulatory T-cells to reduce arterial inflammation).

RFK Jr. isn’t a skeptic asking hard questions. He’s a con man dismantling the vaccine system that kept your kids safe for generations. Babies are back in ICUs with diseases that should be extinct. A federal judge called his appointees “distinctly unqualified.” This isn’t medical freedom, it’s straight up negligence. propublica.org/article/rfk-jr…

Another great example of how we are interconnected with Nature.
Anish Moonka@AnishA_Moonka

Trees release invisible chemicals into the air to protect themselves from bugs and disease. Turns out those same chemicals also switch on your body's cancer-fighting cells. They're called natural killer cells. They're a type of white blood cell that patrols your bloodstream looking for cancer cells and virus-infected cells. When they find one, they punch a hole through its outer wall and inject proteins that force the cell to self-destruct from the inside. You're born with them. Unlike most of your immune system, they don't need to be "trained" on a specific threat first. They just attack anything that looks wrong. The 50% number in this tweet comes from Dr. Qing Li at Nippon Medical School in Tokyo, who has been studying the effects of forests on the human body since 2004. His original 2007 study took 12 men on a 3-day, 2-night forest trip, walking two hours a day. Blood tests showed 11 of 12 had roughly 50% more cancer-killing cell activity afterward. A follow-up with 13 female nurses found the same thing. But the part the tweet leaves out: the boost didn't vanish when they went home. It lasted over 7 days in both groups, and in men, it was still detectable in blood work 30 days later. Li's conclusion is that one forest trip per month could keep these cells running at a higher level year-round. The obvious next question is whether it's the forest itself or just the vacation. Li tested this directly. A separate group took a city tourist trip with the same amount of walking. No boost to killer cells. No stress hormone drop. Zero effect. Then he ran an even more controlled test: 12 men stayed in a regular Tokyo hotel room for three nights while a humidifier pumped tree oil (from Japanese cypress) into the air overnight. Their killer cells still went up. Their stress hormones still dropped. That isolates the cause to those tree chemicals, called phytoncides. Pine, cedar, and cypress trees release the most. These chemicals were found in forest air but were nearly absent in city air. A 2021 lab study showed that one of these tree chemicals directly switches on killer cells and slows colon tumor growth in mice. The bigger picture connects these cells directly to cancer risk. An 11-year study published in The Lancet (one of the world's top medical journals) tracked 3,625 Japanese people and found that those with weaker natural killer cells developed cancer at significantly higher rates. A separate study screening for bowel cancer found that people with low killer cell levels were 7 times more likely to be diagnosed. Li's own research across all 47 regions of Japan showed that areas with less forest had higher cancer death rates for lung, breast, uterine, prostate, kidney, and colon cancers, even after accounting for differences in smoking rates and wealth. The caveats: Li's original studies used small groups (12 and 13 people), and the regional data show a pattern but don't directly prove that forests prevent cancer. No large-scale clinical trial has confirmed that yet. But the chain is consistent: trees release chemicals, those chemicals wake up the cells in your blood that kill cancer, the effect lasts weeks, not hours, and people with more active killer cells get cancer less often. Japan now has 65 government-certified Forest Therapy sites across the country, each tested and approved based on the physical effects they have on visitors.

On Tuesday, we reviewed a bill to eliminate the "conscientious beliefs" exemption from MMR vaccines (measles, mumps, and rubella) for kids in Minnesota schools and childcare. These folks often say that medical decisions should be between patients and doctors, and that it is important to consider people’s experiences. But when the rubber meets the road, they don’t. Which is why I always share my story. At age five, I had a severe allergic reaction to the MMR vaccine and couldn't walk for over a month. My doctor told my family to slow down the vaccine schedule. When it was time for the next dose, my doctor decided it wasn't safe, but still refused to sign a medical exemption over concerns about their license. The only option my family had was the conscientious beliefs exemption. Fast forward to Covid. Three separate providers told me they wouldn't give me the vaccine because of my reaction history. Not one of them would sign an exemption either. I was stuck in no-man’s land. There are families all over Minnesota living the exact same situation, and they deserve to have their voices heard too. This bill leaves them with no options.
