Turns out I was right! The neighbor deliberately kept stepping in front of the bike, trying to spin it, as Alan attempted to run him over, as he clearly asked him multiple times to move. Not only that, the neighbor stopped in front of the bike as he rode down the road deliberately causing an accident. The neighbor is a fucking moron every ass beating he got was deserved for this fucking tomfoolery.

@Stroke_McClane @CollinRugg He said he pushed Ritchson back a couple times after he (Ritchson) allegedly rolled forward toward him on his motorcycle. Whether or not that is accurate, who knows? Maybe there are other cameras nearby which can shed more light on this incident.
