@Pepperfry The concern was already raised with your CS team and store manager. They were helpless, no one is ready to understand, they are very quick to say no. All they said is they don't have a policy. Who is the guardian of this policy? I have come to this platform to escalate the matter

@Pepperfry I also want to add that the table top which is porcelain top is easily sliding away from the base when we move the table for cleaning. This is very dangerous and can lead to accidents. We have 2 children at home.

Everyone at the store and customer care says they cannot help. Why would you not give any choice to the customer in such cases? We were told one cannot return on the basis of dislike. But this is about fitment, not dislike. Please do something about this - Order 310223560.

There is no support at your store that gives recommendations or guides regarding size. When the table was delivered, it turned out to be too small for our living space. We called the store and also visited them to request a bigger table.
