April 2005. My senior year. I miss most of baseball for heart surgery. @ChrisDuerr sees me at QND & learns I’m cleared to play the next week. He sends @KurtLaBelle to Ipava, it gets rained out in the first, and they show up at school 2 days later to interview me.

It finally happened A McDonald’s truck delivery worker filmed inside the truck and shows the boxes of McDonalds foods, from McChickens, McNuggets, their Apple Pies and more. All with the full ingredients on the side of the boxes “Please stop eating this sh*t. Let me show y'all a little something — I'm just trying to tell y'all, let y'all know, because y'all don't get to see these ingredients so stop eating this sh*t okay”

@RichardSpringCC @ILXCTF Healthy/Organic options. These are some of the fittest kids in the state. Let’s fuel them right! Props to PND for taking this initiative. @IHSA_IL this is something to take note of, especially for the state Track championships, where the food vendors haven’t changed in 30 years.

This year we will have a new food vendor at the PND Richard Spring Invitational... With race times from 8am - 11:20am, what food items would you like to have available? We'll try to take your reasonable ideas into consideration!
