Our new Neurology Genetics paper shares preliminary evidence that ATXN10 motif architecture, not just expansion length, may influence onset in SCA10. This is the first step. More sequencing, larger cohorts, and deeper analyses are coming. neurology.org/doi/pdf/10.121…
