@BrianCNewberry @TedNesi By default he gets those votes because people fill in the bubble by default while they're voting in other GOP races (CD-2 and Mayor of Cranston) not all of those voters necessarily translate over in the General. @SteinerForRep41 got more votes than Gina in 2018 for example.

@TedNesi Would also point out that Bob got far more votes running unopposed in the GOP primary than both Democrats in a contested primary got combined. Of course mail ballots may change that.

@TedNesi The revealing issue is not the overall numbers (the guy from Cranston which has one precinct was unlikely to beat the woman from Scituate which is the bulk of the district) but the results at the one Cranston precinct.

@kathyprojo We have been using it for people who have requested it. Mixed results, very paper-heavy. We are not relying on e-signs for the bulk of our collection though, fearful of snags at Board of Canvassers. Happy that people have the option though.
