The whole blocking your rapist thing has brought an uncomfortable truth to light for a lot of people it seems I've understood it for awhile A girl I was talking to when I was 19 or so told me a soldier had just raped her in his apartment. Apon a little questioning, she had never even said no- she just said she felt "unsafe" saying no. Many "rapes" are just sex they regret, or guys being pushy. I take issue with this because it hugely devalues the experiencial weight of women who were ACTUALLY raped, because if someone hears that, more and more, the thought isn't to feel bad for the victim, it's "were you really though" And to be honest, while I don't know... she probably didn't block him.
