@Luckydoo34 Some artists of this type are unable to assess for themselves whether they’ll be able to complete an illustration, and accept the job solely for the money or to fill their order book. This leads to a vicious cycle of burnout, demotivation, and delays.

Artists who demand full payment upfront and take excessive commissions are ones of a real problem.
This is very poor career management that inevitably leads to burnout, delays, missed deadlines, etc...
If the person can no longer fulfill the order, they must say so and reimburse

I was so patient with neon, I considered him a homie. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but he gave up, he broke his promise, he doesn't have a job, he's living from his family's and friends' money, and his ''manager'' doesn't know anything either, except that exact info. So, everyone who was still waiting for their commission until now won't get it back.
