@lottiecgross Along the River Lochy to Banavie & the Caledonian Canal for an easy but scenic walk from town or bus/train to Spean Bridge & walk the 3 mile circular route around High Bridge where the first shots were fired in the 1745 Jacobite Uprising for history & scenery 😀

If you were in Fort William for 10 hours without a car, where would you go to hike with a dog? (No Nevis Range Gondola suggestions, we've been there)

Even after decades of exploring #Scotland, I still get excited when I visit somewhere new to me, like Muirkirk in Ayrshire - former home of poet Tibbie Pagan, a contemporary of Robert Burns, the site of road builder John Loudon McAdam's tar works & possessing some gorgeous walks

@Kimkjaerside There is a huge list of places I’ve still to visit, the list just seems to get longer rather than shorter 😂
