I do hope @ronadougallnews was laughing at my joke and not my pitch for funding at the @ScotPropFed yesterday! Was great to get to present a new multi-site housing JV opportunity that we will be bringing to the market soon with capacity for over 1000 homes across 12 sites.

It was great to attend @ScotPropFed’s reception at the Scottish Parliament with my colleague @murdo_fraser to hear about all the great work the organisation does to attract investment to Scotland, to grow the economy and job market, through real estate. We also heard about the Housing (Scotland) Bill, along with the challenges the industry faces regarding the lack of certainty.

@scotgov's commitment to amend the Housing Bill is a welcome milestone in the Programme for Government, protecting tenants & encouraging vital investment. £3bn of rental investment is at stake. This will help to tackle the acute housing crisis and boost the wider economy.
