First Five, Mary Shan and Dance The Night are all talented progeny of Almanzor that have carried the Shand colours to victory in recent weeks!

The Almanzor/Shand family run went to another level this afternoon as First Five surged to victory in the Gr.3 J Swap Sprint, becoming stakes winner number 28 for his sire. Trained by David Greene, the son of Almanzor was bred by Gerald Shand, who races First Five alongside his family. Congratulations to you all.

It was a reunion of sorts for our GM Ben Tappenden when Chaldean and Hello Youmzain arrived at the farm earlier this week. Ben foaled Chaldean back in 2020 at Whitsbury Manor Stud and was on hand to welcome our son of Frankel back to Cambridge Stud for the season.

We had a great week in Sydney @inglis_sales Easter. Thank you to everyone that came to see our horses! Day 2 was highlighted by our Wootton Bassett filly out of Zouzarella that sold for $575,000 & our Almanzor half-sister to El Castello that made $325,000.
