Harvest meal prep. 20 days of lunch. I want as few decisions as possible during harvest. This will have 1 cup rice and I’ll have healthy snacks to toss in each morning- beef sticks, fruit strips, nut mix etc. 1 gallon of water. Coffee in the mornings. Supper w family at night.

@blakealbers You’re going down a rabbit hole like I did! Slow decrease, turns into long breaks, and now I haven’t had any alcohol since May. Stronger mentally and physically!

I like to have a cocktail or beer as much as the next guy but lately I have cut my consumption down to maybe 25% of previous with these two easy tricks. 1. I started running a small USDA inspected plant, after two drinks I simply fall asleep. Too tired to do any damage. A true easy button. 2. I make sure everything is done before I have one, pushes the window for a drink way later into the night. The workouts got to be done, the steps done, the work work done. Need to have a clean checklist before imbibing.
