Ex. 3) This pt had 4.1 mil cells evaluated by NGS! You can see that at the most recent timept, <1/mil cells detected, below limit of quantitation. How to interpret this result? This is where binary pos/neg breaks down. MRD <10^-6, but possibly MRD>10^-7? #mmMRD 6/x

Anyone want to get into the weeds with MRD in myeloma? Has the 10^-x designation confused you? What is the significance of these designations anyhow? Can we use this clinically? #mmMRD 1/x
