“We see it in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We see it in North Carolina. We see it all across the country. We have a problem with judges.”
The legislative branch needs to grow a spine and check this runaway judicial branch. Impeach the ones who derelict their duty. States can do the same.
Enough is enough.
And shoutout to Tim Sheehy for stepping up with the JAIL Act, legislation that lets victims and families bring civil actions against judges who release dangerous criminals on bail… only for them to go out and commit more crimes.
