I often hear people arguing for socialism saying the top 5 percent this or the top 5 percent that. The only thing I can say is that's the way of the world. It's the way it's always been. It never changes. 5 percent have discipline. 5 percent take risks. 5 percent have the fortitude to grind it out day in and day out. They don't mind being labeled a geek or an ass kisser. They put their heads down and do what they have to do. The other 95% are split between those who do fairly decent in the above and those who are just lazy complainers. I find almost all of them that push for socialism are the lazy complainer types. It's amazing how these numbers always work out. You can fake it through socialism in the short term. But in the long term it always comes out there too. It's embedded in the human DNA. Just look at your own workplace. It's right there smack right in front of you. Look at it in the classroom. You can't miss it. It's everywhere.
