Our team was fortunate enough to have had our first in-person Scribe Leadership Meeting since 2019 this week. We took this opportunity to discuss COVID updates, welcome newly appointed chiefs, and review our training model.

Our daily update is published. Our testing, case, and death statistics continue to be affected by the Thanksgiving holiday. Hospitalizations are less affected by the data slowdown and are at the record-high level of 93,238.

On this eerily quiet Thanksgiving, I’m missing the usual crowd of family & friends but I’m comforted by the warm, consoling thought that I’ll be able to see them again soon. We’re losing a special day to this virus. Others have lost so much more. My heart goes out to them.
