Most of the replies here are examples of overconfidence on QB busts when the bigger mistake has been overconfidence that QBs weren't worth an earlier pick.
Plenty of teams could have stepped in earlier to draft Jackson, Allen, Mahomes, Herbert, Love or Hurts
