Wow I’ve seen some serious increases in my friends car insurance. Not surprising though, the way they’ve allowed gangs to go round stealing cars!!! Do they even come out if catrs get stolen anymore? Or do you have to say u were called wrong pronouns

@virginmedia We have tried calling ,we've spent hours on the phone and get nowhere apart from promises to call us back, which you never do.
My sister is deaf and disabled and has difficulty on the phone and her husband has cancer.
You need to help!
@virginmedia No, she was out of contact, and either way you stated at the time there would be no charges (standard cut and paste response to say read the contract)
Equipment was returned, you have said some was missing, it wasn't.
@ScottieUK Was your sister in a contract when this happened? It is in the T&Cs - virg.in/EDF as to why these charges are applied in these situations. Does your sister also have proof of sending the equipment back to us? ^HS
@virginmedia My sister moved house in June and wanted to take Virgin services with her, you don't cover her new address so the account was closed and we were told there wouldn't be any fees, you then charged a termination fee and charged for returned equipment you say you didn't receive!

Finally managed to get one, payment taken, then order cancelled.
Yeah refunded 5 days later but no funds for those 5 days!

@virginmedia moved house, you don't service the new area so we had to cancel and were told they'd not be a cancellation fee, not only did you send a final bill with a fee, you're also trying to charge £100 for no return for equipment you collected!
