@TMobileHelp I have tried to work it out, but your business model says I have to return the wrong phone sent to me, wait 7-10 business day for the returned item to be scanned in a warehouse somewhere. It’s simple open a box scan the bar code on the box

Hey @TMobile why does it take 7-10 business days to scan a phone returned to you You sent the wrong phone now I have to wait to get refunded before I can reorder the phone you should have sent in the first place. It’s a bar code and a laser, it takes a second to scan not 10 days

Dear @McDonalds this is Honey Mustard (not what I wanted) not Honey (what I did want). How many times will you get this wrong? Add this to the sold out grinch meal and no ice and it has become a leads than enjoyable memory #neveragain
