Iman says Nick Timothy "should be PROSECUTED for islamaphobic rhetoric" after he rightly called out the intimidating "active show of domination" of muslims praying in mass in Trafalgar square. Who the hell do these people think they are?!

Quick reminder that 24-year-old Igor Thiago is the FIRST Brazilian player in Premier League history to score more than 15 goals in a single season. This kid is something special 🇧🇷

@ScouseNorbert @ChrisWhodl @henrywinter I can’t argue the fact Trent is more impactful, and tbh arguably more effective when played in a system that suits him. But James is a more complete footballer/right-back however you want to call it. If you take both fully fit, James is better, but I’d much rather watch Trent.

Trent Alexander-Arnold plays right-back for Real Madrid. Started home and away against Manchester City. He won the Premier League and Champions League at right-back with Liverpool. He’s used to dealing with pressure. He’s taken a decisive tournament penalty. He’s played in the World Cup before. He has occasional defensive deficiencies but he brings a long-range passing skill that few possess. Are England that blessed at right-back that they don’t need Alexander-Arnold? That he isn’t amongst the best 30 outfield players available to Thomas Tuchel?

I'm drafting a series of profiles on the politicians involved in the Pakistani rape gang cover up. I thought I'd start with Jess Phillips. Jess Phillips Jess Phillips became MP for Birmingham Yardley in 2015. That same year, West Midlands Police had a confidential profile sitting in a file identifying 700 children at risk of sexual exploitation in her city. She did not just hold a Birmingham seat. In opposition she held the shadow safeguarding brief. When Labour won the election she was appointed Safeguarding Minister on day one. The portfolio she had spent years preparing for in opposition became hers in government the moment the votes were counted. She was the shadow minister for the exact problem she was doing nothing about. In Parliament she said she would be lying if she denied that over the years, girls had told her police were part of not just the cover-up but the perpetration of abuse in Birmingham. Read that again. The Minister for Safeguarding Girls. A Birmingham MP since 2015. Shadow minister for safeguarding throughout the years of opposition. Victims coming to her with allegations of police involvement in rape gang abuse across her own city. When Labour took power she did not call a national inquiry. She tried to help bury one. After being exposed for blocking a public inquiry in Oldham, she offered councils a £5 million fund to investigate themselves. The same councils that had presided over the abuse. Marking their own homework. She was forced into a U-turn in June 2025 and a statutory inquiry was announced. Within weeks survivors on the panel began resigning. They said the scope was being quietly widened away from grooming gangs and toward general child sexual abuse. Phillips told Parliament their claims were categorically untrue. Evidence then emerged that they were telling the truth. Five survivors made her resignation a condition of their return to the panel. Both prospective chairs withdrew. The inquiry she had spent a decade in position to lead was described by a survivor as feeling like a cover-up, scripted and predetermined. The girls who came to her as victims did not get a decade to prepare. They did not get a U-turn when the pressure mounted. They got told their accounts were untrue by the woman whose job title said she was there to protect them. Perhaps @jessphillips would like to comment on the accuracy of the draft? Let me know if you want anything else added. _________ I’m Raja Miah MBE. For seven years, I led a campaign that exposed how senior Labour politicians helped protect Pakistani rape gangs. The people of my town helped force the national inquiry. You won’t see me on the BBC. You won’t read my work in the legacy press. That’s not an accident. I take this to a place from where there is no coming back. Children were sold for votes. My work is free. No paywalls. No gatekeeping. No exclusions. The truth shouldn’t belong only to those who can afford it. If you can afford to do so, supporting me costs as little as 75p a week (£30 a year). You can support me using one of these links; 👉 BuyMeACoffee.com/recusantnine 👉 paypal.me/RecusantNine We’re up against a machine, politicians, police, officials, and media, working together to shrink, sanitise, and bury the truth. This work survives because of you. If you’ve ever shared my posts, learned something, or felt less alone reading them, stand with me. I need your help. Raja 🙏

@Taj_Ali1 And what about the safety of White British women and girls when your cousins are raping them. What about the safety of all British people when your cousins are bombing, stabbing and beheading is on our own streets? Fuck you cunt. You're not the victims, you're the perpetrators.

It’s exhausting having to challenge the relentless barrage of hate and misinformation from politicians and pundits about Muslims. For them, it’s become a lucrative industry. For us, it’s the safety of our family and friends being put at risk.

@Jellefant If the aim is to reduce risk then it doesn’t reduce risk for everyone to have trans women use men’s spaces. It significantly increases risk to trans women.

One thing I keep coming back to with bathroom bans is that removing trans women doesn’t remove risk. It only removes some perception of risk. Women can assault other women. Men can break the law regardless of signs on the door. Bad people don’t follow rules. In most areas of society, we accept that risk can’t be reduced to zero, so we punish wrongdoing instead of restricting everyone ahead of time. But in this debate, the standard sometimes becomes: if harm is possible, access should be restricted. That’s not how we handle risk anywhere else. Imagine driving privileges, guns, etc., all being handled that way?

@JoEllisReally @Jellefant Why don't you show us all one incident of a transwoman being assaulted in men's bathrooms, just one? We can show you literally hundreds of women being physically or mentally assaulted by transwomen in women's bathrooms.

I don’t think trans women are the exact same thing as men. I think trans women are trans women. And if there was a legal process with adequate guardrails and background checks to get the privilege of a gender marker change on legal identification documents, I think a happy medium could be found.

The past three days have been extremely stressful and draining. The attack led by @SuellaBraverman @PatrickChristys and amplified by their followers and @GBNEWS viewers, simply because I want to bring my three children (all under five) and my husband with me during my MA journey, has been vicious. @SuellaBraverman, your own parents came to the UK as immigrants and built their lives there. If the rules you are advocating today had applied then, you might have grown up in India or Africa, not in Britain. I don’t understand why @SuellaBraverman hasn’t been asked to comment on my case on @GBNEWS . Maybe it’s because her own parents were immigrants? I acknowledge that deleting my viral tweet and deactivating my account after receiving a wave of hateful messages was a huge mistake. I will not hide. I will not stay silent. I will defend my rights that are defined and permitted under the UK visa system. Being accused of visa fraud before I have even set foot in the UK is deeply unjustifiable. My sole intention in coming to the UK is to pursue my MA.
