When you play as Leon you have to make enemies "stumble" before you can hit them with a melee attack (aside from the hatchet) In the most recent game you can play as Chris, he is straight punching through enemies like they're made of glass. Debate is stupid anyway tho. lol

Main character was literally me (Leon). It was the VERY FIRST first person perspective video game ever, way before your precious re surviv

Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami originally wanted the series to be in first-person, but wasn't confident in the tech to pull it off back in 1996. 21 years later, we get Resident Evil 7: Biohazard. Not only did RE7 finally introduce a first-person perspective to the franchise, it also carried on many series staples: - vital signs monitor - limited inventory space - item combining - save rooms - shared item storage boxes - special doors and keys - eccentric boss battles Resident Evil 7 delivers on the original vision of the series despite looking very different on the surface. It has many new inspirations, but it's still so quintessentially Resident Evil that it almost feels like a reimagining of the very first game. It's no wonder this game revived the franchise.

@ShiraKunAzakira As fun as it was playing him in the re7 dlc and playing him in Village; I wish we had more time with him. He needs the Requiem treatment for sure. Re5 remake followed by Re10 with Chris as a protag would go hard.

@ShiraKunAzakira 100% agree. As much as I enjoy Leon and his cheesy one liners, Chris has always been my favorite protag. Not only is he a total bad ass, but everything he did for the Winters family shows just how great of a dude he really is.

As much i like Leon, Chris was the first favorite RE character running a fucking fade to these fuckers

@gamma137__ I love vrchat and have made a lot of great friends on it However you can argue this "negativity" comes from a place of a very passionate community. They care a lot about vrchat and there friends on there, otherwise why would they care enough to point out issues they are facing?
